Worm

Worm can be used in two ways:

1) A hostile program implanted by a cracker that attempts to take over a computer by continuously replicating itself in an uncontrollable manner.

2) Term used by some computer professionals to refer to a cracker that attempts hostile and illegal entry and use of a computer network. See Hacker.
