Crash

A software program or an entire computer system can crash. This is when a software program or a computer fails to respond and freezes.

When this happens, hold down CTRL and ALT and press DEL. This should reboot the system. If this also fails, then you must force the system into shut down. To do this, press the power switch in on the case long enough for the system to turn off. This will take a several seconds. When it is turned off, wait at least one minutes, then press the power switch again to start the computer.

If your machine continues to crash, then you have a problem that needs attention. If your computer is under warrantee, contact the manufacturer.
